Lodges at Deer Valley

The Lodges at Deer Valley is a six building, 125-unit luxury Condominium Resort Hotel situated on 10.5 acres adjacent to the Deer Valley ski area in Park City, Utah. The Lodges is a beautifully designed, first class, full service, whole ownership Condominium Resort, with services and amenities currently unavailable anywhere else in the Snowpark area of Deer Valley. Of the six Lodges planned in the Development, four are currently completed.

Most units have one or more bedroom lock-offs; a unique feature designed to create flexibility of use for owners and/or guests and to help maximize rentability of units. The development allows for six multi-level buildings, two to three levels each. Two hundred and fifty secured underground heated parking spaces provide adequate parking for all the residents and guests.

The Lodges amenities include 7000 square feet of conference and meeting space, commercial kitchen, ski storage, ski shop, heated swimming pool, hot tub, a full fitness facility, maid service, concierge and front desk services.
